I just received a batch of hon tsai tai. Having never even seen or heard of this vegetable before (I understand it's related to bok choy) I wonder if anyone has a recipe - other than cutting it up and adding to a salad. Also, can you eat the whole thing - flowers, stems, leaves? It's really beautiful.
