My boyfriend is addicted to soda, because he loves drinking bubbly stuff. Regardless of how many articles I send him on why soda is bad, he still wants the bubbles.
Would I be destroying anything in the fresh juice if I carbonate it? I realize that drinking carbon dioxide doesn't sound so great either, but if I could at least get him to drink fresh juice, although carbonated, I'd feel better, because he wouldn't have all the weird HFCS and caramel in the juice. I'd appreciate some thoughts on this.

all you could do would be to add soda water because you can't put bubbles into juice without it frothing everywhere. As to destroying stuff I don't know.

Wow, good point! Just add sparkling water! I was going to buy a whole machine for it. Silly me, apparently I've had too much soda in my past, my brain doesn't work well.

I haven't tried it yet, but what about water kefir? Try a banana search at the top of the forum. I know DebB has posted a bunch of information about it as she used to make it. I plan on trying it eventually but I don't have the space for it at the moment.
