Cyst on neck

I have a cyst on the back of my neck, this is the second time it has happened. Any ideas of how I can naturally deal with this? I have been on a semi clean diet, lots of fruits and veggies, but I am just now moving into the raw circle from vegan. Is this because of my diet? Or poison in my system?

I want to say first.........I have no certificates nor degrees, everything I say is my opinion from all that I've studied throughout the years.

Yes, the cyst is from gunk in your system and your body is plugged up with gunk so it is trying to eliminate some of that gunk through your skin because every other pathway is clogged.

IMO, the best way to naturally deal with it would be to eat a very clean diet...aka..raw plants, and lean more towards fruits for a little while. Fruits are very cleansing. And add in some herbs and detox/cleanses.

Gotta get the lymph system clean, when it's plugged and nothing moves your body begins to not release any toxins, and the gunk begins to build up.

Lately I've also been learning about something called gua sha. It's a process of scraping the skin with a wood, stone, horn....type tool. You shouldn't use plastic nor metal if you are gonna use a solvent, such as is described by Robert Cassar on youtube talking about the way he makes what he calls dissolvital, or dissolve it all. And if you use a wood tool, be careful of splinters. But basically gua sha breaks up the gunk under/in the skin and releases it through the pores, especially when using the solvent. May also help ya out specifically. Fruits and especially the semi acid such grape, citrus, berries and water melon are very purging. So you seem to be doing great because you want that stuff out. If i was you, i would continue what you are doing and tune in to my body.

That stuff was already in your body, so it will flush out.
