hello everyone
im very new to this raw food world and so for i love it..
it really give a break to my digestive system.
i have a small problem,is there such a thing to vinegar or lemon substitute for vinegar or lemon.they are very hard for me to digest.

I think it depends what you want to use it in. Some might suggest coconut aminos but whether that would work in salad dressings ir not I don't know.

maybe try finely chopped lemon thyme or mint or balm.

You'd still get the lemon flavour but not the lemon!

im sure it would be good but might be hard to find..

Any place that sells pot herbs would have these. They are very common herbs here in the UK
