Hi, does anyone know if I can use dehydrated almonds for using almond pulp in a recipe? I want to make Russell James garlic bread but all I have is almonds I've already dehydrated. Thanks!

I wouldn't as almond pulp is very fine, like a flour. Why not make almond milk from your dehydrated almonds and then dry the pulp for the bread?

I just watched RJ's video for the bread and it looks like the almond pulp is wet. So, just make some almond milk from your dehydrated almonds and then use the pulp for the bread! Let us know how it turns out...good luck!!!

Thank you Walnutty! I'll try it and let you know! I was anxious to try this while waiting for my new shipment of almonds to arrive!

Just a follow up on the almonds- my shipment came faster then I expected so I ended up using the new almnds instead... but I wanted to add that the Garlic Bread was AWESOME!

You can make pizza crust with them and i would imagine that it would work perfectly for a bread.

Thanks for letting us know! I've heard that from everyone that's made it!
