Hey there! I've been reading Rawfoodtalk for a while, and finally decided to join! I've been in and out of raw for about six months now, and have hit a few stumbling blocks in terms of travelling, christmas, being a cookie monster etc etc. I generally feel pretty amazing when I get a good long stretch in, though! Have always been into sprouting and organic, locally/self-grown veggies, and would plant an orchard and monster veggie bed in the backyard if my partner would let me!

I guess my whole theory about food is very similar to a lot of the voices here, eating what we are designed for, and doing it in a sustainable, loving way. Tread lightly on the earth and all of that :heart

Thanks for making such a beautiful forum!

Welcome. Traveling can be difficult but good planning will go a long way.

Hey, and thanks :)
And yeah, I was thinking about this morning actually...a lot of my 'reasons' could really be avoided with a little diligence, and being braver about carting my latest salad concoction about. Obviously international travel changes things, but I did read one of Mr Sprout's posts the other day, and how easy it is just to take whatever you want to sprout along with you. Genius :)
