Kelp noodles recipes

Hi,

I got a bunch of kelp noodles and need some recipes. I used a little bit in a raw salad, was pretty good. Another thing, I got them in packages but don't know if they should be refrigerated. It does not say on the package only says to do it once it is open. But these packages are not vacuum sealed or anything. Just not sure about proper storage.

All the ones I have seen were refrigerated. I think it would not hurt to store them in the fridge even if it's not necessary. :)

If they needed to be in the fridge prior to opening it would say on the pack.
