Most recipes that I come across seem to use flax as the base for breads or crackers or things like that. I find that everything tastes too "flax-y" whenever it's used and I really don't like the taste in general so I'd much rather substitute it with chia! Now what I'm wondering is... how would the proportions work? Would it be 1:1 or would you need less chia since it expands so much?
