I've been raw for a couple of years now. Food never interested me so I like to keep things very simple. I eat a lot of vegs/fruits/seeds/nuts/nut butters/water/tea/juice. I don't keep much variety since I don't like to cook anymore. I like foods I can just grab & eat with minimal prep time. I also do yoga/exercises 2 x's a day. Yoga stretches in the a.m. Plus some ab exercises. At night I do a full yoga/ab exercise routine. I also walk a lot & ride my bike. I'm planning to add jogging to my fitness routine-maybe 2 days a week in the evening. I use herbals for health as well. I don't eat meat, dairy, pasta, bread, or junk food & I don't drink.
