Hi! I'm new. :) If that isn't stating the obvious. I'm seriously thinking about trying to juice and just change up my whole lifestyle. I have some medical issues - IIH and migraines, and while I'm not definitely not fat, I'm about more plump than I need to be and a little out of shape. If I had my way about it I'd just get ridiculously skinny and be done with it, but that's not how it works now, is it? I work out 3x/week with a physical therapist, I do yoga and I just can't seem to get motivated or get things right.

I'm new, I'm young, I sometimes don't have much of a filter. I'm also perky and like to think that unicorns do exist. :throwhearts: I haven't poked around much so I'll be out to do that now!

ive read juicing celery cures some peoples migraines . good luck raw fooding

if you commit to just 30 days of raw, vegan eating then you will see amazing changes. It's just 30 days. 30 days in a lifetime is nothing and if you want to do another 30 days after that and another 30 days after that etc. then that's really great!
