Hi,
I'm thinking of getting a magimix 5200 and I'd like some opinions of those of you who own one or have used one. I read many bad reviews on the magimix 4200, and that's the reason I decided to go with the 5200.
It's main task will be preparing almond butter and preparing salads (using it to cut the vegetables instead of a cutting board).
How good is it at these tasks ?
I switched one on at a shop, and it seems to have a very low RPM. It spins very slowly compared to a less luxurious food processor which I tried before.
That makes me wonder how good it will be at making almond butter, which is the main reason for getting it.
I also would like to know how practical the 3 bowl thing is ? Can you actually use the smallest bowl with results as good as the bigger ones ?
