If I'm not overly concerned about texture (making green smoothies) but I am concerned about nutritional value.

What greens can I freeze? Or would it be easier to ask which ones should I NOT freeze? Hoping someone has compiled a list or some data on this.

PS: I tried Dandelion Leaves for the first time. A little on the strong side for this newbie but not overly so.

i sometimes freeze greens for making raw ice cream in the vitamix...works nicely for that, and also sometimes freeze greens that i know wont be available in the winter time, but usually its best to eat the ones available during the season you're in anyways...! I'm sure the nutritional value does drop to some degree, but its better than not using them, i would say if you have an abundance go ahead and freeze some.

I freeze when I know that I will not get around to using it while it is at it's best. I reckon that freezing fresh will have more nutrients than using it unfrozen but a lot older.
