Hello Raw people!

My girlfriend and I are going to be transitioning into a raw diet over the next few weeks. I feel like we have both slowly been eating better and better over the last year and slowly moving towards a healthier diet. I have been doing a lot of research which I already do because of my fascination with juice and juice cleansing as well! I am wondering though if anyone could offer us some tips for an easier transition from a meat/vegetable/fruit/rice/nut/bean based diet into a completely raw diet? We are both gluten free as well and plan on staying that way. Thank you everyone! :)

Always have on hand something easy, filling and that you love! For me that is bananas and avocados.

Try having a salad for lunch and before your dinner. Eat something "raw" before non raw like fruit. Fruit breakfasts are great. Eat as much as you like. A whole pineapple if you want.

There is much love for juicing here. That would be great replace 1 meal a day with juice or go for it check out the fasting section you can read people day to day thoughts as they are fasting.
