Hello, I'm Jesse.
Been on a mostly raw diet now for about a month now. I did it because everything else was making me sick. I felt terrible after every meal.
Now I dont, and a lot of my problems are slowly evaporating. My allergies have nearly vanished (even in the humid climate I live in.)
My chronic headaches are...well they're still with me, but seem to be easing up now and again.
Looking forward to finding new and interesting recipes that are simple to make, cheap, and tasty. (I can only eat so many salads--which are not cheap.)
So there you have it. Lets eat! :eat
(Also, I've lost 12-14 pounds already and just bought new pants today.)
