I did 811 and gained weight. The fat talk does make sense to me. Now I am leary about eating fat. I made sunflower seed milk when I was looking up the nutrition data this is what I found. 8 oz serving 160 calories 129 calories from fat or 14 grams of fat. That seems like so much. I was looking forward to it when I got home today. Now I am scared to drink it. It is so good and nutritious. It won't last too long. Any suggestions or ideas.

Being scared of food is a step backwards. Have some sunflower milk if you want some. Enjoy it. Choose to have it s often as you want or just as an occasional treat but don't be scared of it!

Fat is over-hyped - you're not going to have problems drinking some raw sunflower seed milk. Actually, fat tends to help with weight loss because it keeps you full longer and stabilizes blood sugar, especially in conjunction with the protein in the sunflower seeds.
If you didn't do it this time, try sprouting the (hulled) sunflower seeds next time for a real nutritional powerhouse.
It is so good and nutritious. It won't last too long. Any suggestions or ideas.
