HI I am new to this and don't know if this is right. But here I am. :o I live in Lancaster area and need some help in getting started. I have ordered the book and cd but haven't received them as of yet. So I am clueless in Lancaster. Any one live near here? I could use the help. :D I am 59 and my husband and I are Junk food/fast food junkies. My husband is not going to do this with me is more of a meat and potatoes kind of a guy, so I am all alone in this new adventure. :D
