Hello everyone! : )
One of my favorite cooked dishes is pasta. I absolutely love pasta and it's been tough giving it up. I did however make some kelp pasta with sauce consisting of avocado, garlic, onion, tomato, cilantro, a little bit of red pepper, a little bit of lemon, nutritional yeast and salt.
I would like to try a different sauce without any nuts or seeds. Any ideas are welcome..

First, if you want to soften up the noddle, add lemon juice and let it sit a little.
Tomato/orange juice (more gourmet add sundry tomato, fresh herbs, garlic and Himalayan salt)
You can make a salsa and use this
Simple olive oil, ginger, sweetner, Himalayan salt
Olive oil, hot pepper, sweetner and nama shoyu or susbtitute
You said you don't want a recipe with nuts or seed but you should try the hemp seeds. They are easy to digest and packed with essential fatty acid. They would make a fantastic (white) sauce for your pasta.
Have fun with trying recipe

I meant a fantastic white sauce.
Those noddle are like a rice noddle so anything that goes with it, will be great.
Any sauce that would go with a regular pasta would be great too.

Thank you for your suggestions everyone! I cannot have any nuts, seeds or sweetners like agave. I will just take out that ingredient. :)
