Hi All!
Long time fan of RFT.. just decided to join in the fun with you all. I was lucky enough to work in a raw food resturaunt when I lived in San Diego and learned so much and met so many wondeful people there! I has been almost 7 yrs since that journey began. I have had many rawsome times in my years, periods of high raw and 100%, but have had more then a few SAD meals in the last few years. I recently had a beautiful healthy baby girl, and though she was given lots of nutritious foods during the pregnancy mommy managed to gain 45 lbs. Im still holding 20 of them and just dont feel like or look like myself. I know that nature has provided the answere: simplify. Joining the one month raw food challenge for May, will be including juice fasting in that time. Looking to jump start getting back to pre baby weight before DH gets home from Afganistan in 5 weeks. Excited for the sense of conectedness and wellbeing that comes with this lifestyle. Im ready to embrace life to the fullest and share that love with my family and friends. I so know I can do this and look forward to sharing this exsperience with you all! Thanks to all of you for being a part of this community and in advance for all your support.
