Can anyone advise on the cheapest supplier of apple cider vinegar in the UK (as it seems pretty expensive here)? Also, I read that its best not to buy ACV in plastic containers - but that looks to be the most economical way to buy. Is plastic a big issue or is it not as worrisome as it sounds? Thanks for your help and patience with me as I'm researching ways to go raw on my budget!

Sorry mods if this is not in the right place - wasn't sure where best to post.

I buy the Organic Aspall brand which is available from most super markets. It's £1.19 for 350 ml from Sainsbury's for example.

Buying ACV in plastic IS a big deal, because the acidity of the vinegar will cause a lot of harmful plastic to leach into the vinegar. Buying it in glass bottles in much better.
