I feel compelled to eat dinner with my family.
I have to cook regular food for my husband almost every night. Right about now, I am thinking why "cook" at all. I ate dinner last night, and it was a heavy meal with bread. I awoke this morning feeling terrible. Bad taste in my mouth. Dry mouth. Couldn't wait to get to the blender to kickstart my digestion with some ginger and lemon. I was just craving it this morning.
I am not trying to fast because i am breast feeding right now, but I have become much more raw than ever. Baby steps. I am going through a lot of symptoms. I ate a lot of kale the other day, and got a mild tummy ache. No problem because I love the way my brain is operating with these greens. My skin is breaking out under my arms with little bumps. I got my first pimple in a long time. I was regular every morning when I had my coffee, but I have been off coffee for 1 week, and I never know when it's coming. But that's find as long as I do.
How can I cook for them, and still remain mostly raw?

I have and husband and 6 children that are high raw but still eat a cooked, vegan meal at night. We love to eat together as well! One thing that helps is that we always have a big salad with our dinner. Then what I do is to make me a raw meal to go with their cooked meal. If I'm making soup or chili for them, I'll make a raw soup for me (it takes hardly any extra time to do this). If they are having a vegan pizza, I'll make a raw pizza for me. If we are having spaghetti, you guessed it, I'll make raw spaghetti for me.
Sometimes if I don't have the time or energy to make a raw meal, I'll just eat the salad but I'll add in lots of veggies and seeds.
With me eating mostly raw, my kiddos and husband have become more raw over time. Now my kiddos would prefer the raw foods over the cooked ones, so this is very nice indeed :)

By eating raw whilst they eat cooked or by getting them onto high raw to minimise the amount you have to cook.
Lots manage it and it's not much extra effort really.

Thanks. I will make salads to give them a choice for raw foods each time we sit together. That's a good place to start. My husband I doubt will ever be raw and has a very poor diet. He brings doughnuts home and such.

I hear you! That is the hardest thing for me, making cooked foods for the rest of the family! 9 times out of 10, if I'm going to slip up (estimating here, I have only slipped up once since going 100% 6 days ago) it's giving in to being tempted by their food. Breakfast isn't AS bad because hubby and kids get their own, but l cook lunch for the kids and suppers for them and hubby. Thankfully my kids do like most raw things I've made so I'm just going to start feeding them what I'm eating! If they don't want it, there's bread and peanutbutter in the cupboard and they know how to use it! Only having to make one cooked meal a day is going to help a lot, even more-so if I focus on foods that he likes but I'm not so crazy about.

I always offer raw to my husband although I don't ask him to join me on my food choices. By finding out what he likes, I'm able to include more of that. He's a big fan of raw pie (banana, lemon) and he's thrilled that he can eat as much of that as he likes. He also surprised me when he loved Alissa's marinara (which I'm luke warm about). When I make the good stuff available, and it's stuff he already knows he likes, he'll just naturally eat more of that than he would otherwise.
I cook for him sometimes and I do miss my own cooking as well. I compromise by cooking things I know won't hurt me too much and I focus a lot on educating him on better food choices. If ever someone feels deprived, it's not going to work. So providing things that make him feel satisfied is the key. I figure it's better for me to cook for him than to let him make pre-packaged foods. It's a labor of love to be sure.
