Hi Everyone,
Never read the book by Alissa, but found this blog searching for greens to eat that are friendly for hypothyroidism. I will check here periodically for topics...Appreciate what I found :heart:...I made a smoothie this morning with coconut water, aloe vera,
banana, avocado, parsley, spring mix, and cucumber...Mmmmm...
