Hi! I'm new and very excited to be here. I love reading, writing, barhi dates, walking, pears, my dog, almond butter, swimming, and running. I'm not a vegan at the moment (love yogurt and cheese an awful lot), but I am trying to increase the amount of raw fruits and vegetables in my diet, and reduce the dairy and grains. And then maybe get better from there. :D

Looking forward to asking you guys questions and learning more!

Welcome. You will find lots of info on the web about the dangers of dairy but I think that perhaps you are not ready for it yet. I found cheese the hardest thing (and potatoe salad) to give up but I did so 11 years ago and never looked back.
In the meantime you take it at your own pace and we will help if we can.
