Ive recently decided to buy a juicer, ive read lots of things on the web about certain juicers but still unsure about which one would work best for me, im mostly looking to juice veggies with a dash of leafy greens, ive narrows it down to the GS-2000 or the omega vrt 350HD, leaning more towards the Green star, price isnt a problem i know ive got to spend 400-600 on a good one

im looking to juice at least 3 times a day bare minimum

There are many threads on which juicer to buy. My new friend swears the GS is better than the Omega. Omega is on my list to buy. Right now I have the Breville Juice Fountain. Look on craigslist sometimes you can get lucky and find one for a big discount. Good Luck and happy juicing.

I have the Omega juicer, been using it for about a year, and love it. Easy & quick to clean, get lots of juice, not too expensive. Mine's not the Vrt though. I've been juicing almost every day.

Omega 8000 series (whatever the new model is). Easy to clean, does everything and is fine with everything. Slow juicer and doesn't oxidize your juice. You can also make banana icecream and nut cheese such cashew with it.

im alil confused on the amount of juice to consume while juice fasting, ive read some where someone said around 1 gallon a day, just wondering if that figure is correct, im fasting due to being over weight and just looking to improve my health over all, today is my first official day fasting,

Juice Fasting is different than Juice Feasting. In Fasting you consume less juice (about 2 quarts per day) and supplement with more water; with Feasting you drink as much juice as you want, also supplementing with water.

My husband and I did a 10-day juice feast. We each drank an average of 3-4 quarts of juice a day (more at the beginning, less as our bodies adjusted to the juice feast), with plenty of water. It was great. My husband lost about 18 pounds. I didn't weigh myself but figure I lost about 5 pounds.
