I am so glad I found this recipe. I bought so many sunflower seeds I don't know what to do with them. I just made milk. I am going to make these next. Yummy.

Any idea of a good replacement for the nuts?

Hmm Im just guessing as well, but Im not a fan of cashews anymore. Every darn recipe it seems has cashews up the tootie... But I might replace with coconut flour, or even butter. But I love coconut so. Or just replace the cash with more sunflower seeds. Or quinoa, yum. Very light.

Use all sunflower seeds?

Maybe make a really small batch to see if it tastes good and if it does taste good, please come back and share that info here so we all know! Ü
