Very often what's going on in one's gut is the cause of many issues, so, I'd suggest getting a series of at least 3 colonics to start.
Not enough information here to say anything else.

Hang in there. I still have back pain but great improvement from my part. I couldn't vacuum my house or doing food preparation for one day. Now i can, but i am sore after but it is far better.
It took you years before you finally went to raw food. I resonate with getting your colonic clean. I am assuming that you know about ergonomic injuries (mainly from computer). Changing your position, stretching etc.. makes a huge difference. You may want to looking into your emotion or worries. Our body will reflect or manifest into physical anything that isn't balance with us. If you resonate with this comments you can look into Louise Hay's pocket book.
I don't know how is your raw diet, but perhaps look into juicing, fasting or detoxing. When doing this, without question, you need to look into doing an enema and if you can afford it, go see a colonic therapist.
Dig deeper with your diet. Sometime, people gets result right of way, others, need to hang in there and keep working towards it. I bet you aren't as much in bad shape, prior to your raw food diet. You can cleanse more if you choose too.
If you consider juicing for a while, you can expect significant result. If you don't have a good filtering within your body, acidosis will accumulate in certain area of your body and lead to pain.
I am not a doctor, please research.
Hope you feel well soon!

Have you tried strengthening your back? I used to have back problems and the back pain never went away until I went to a chiropractor who showed me what stretches to do.

Circulation issues do not occur for no reason. There may, of course, be no connection between the this and back pain, but I can think of more than one possible connection. I'm not going to ask you a 'leading question', so I'll simply ask:Where is your back pain focused?
