I hate to bring out my juicer and start making a mess so I just take some frozen orange juice and peel an orange and put them in my blender and it take just like real orange juice plus I have the palp of the orange and can do the same thing with an apple. I'm afraid to go on a juice fast because I get so weak and I do have a really bad stomach plus I'm new here and would like to get my health back and I'm 65 and I'm trying to make it to 66.

bad stomach = eat less

get used to fasting on daily basis 12 hours at a time

then start doing 24 hours at a time

keep experimenting til finding the least amount you can eat and stay energized ,
its less work on g.i tract the less you eat

then when you get to point where can go days your body can start washing out pollution and cell damage
so cell rebuilding pace can pick up

people of today have to get in mind weve been eating very wrongly at great cost to health and must change to vastly raw plant diet and water

plus weve been eating WAY too much and must adjust to eating WAY less

That’s what I’ve been trying to do is eat less when my stomach is bad. I’m 6’1” and weight in this morning at 177 pounds which is about 10 pounds below my normal weight however I’m small bone and it always scared me if I starting to lose too much weight and that’s because I was a 220 pound body builder but I don’t care how much I weigh or even what I look like as long as I’m healthy.
In the morning I have juice which I am going to have to make myself because time isn’t my excuse then a 2 mile walk with the dog then for breakfast I have juice, raw fruits and nuts and seed into a blender and I drink my breakfast. If I get too weak between meals I have a dozen raw almonds which help. But now I have to have a small salads otherwise my stomach suffers.
Thank you for answering my post because I have a lot to learn. Being an ex-body builder and educating myself a little means I have a long way to go because everyone doesn’t react to what the medical books say.

to me home made nut / seed mylks in blender are a great food . easy on g.i. tract with energy providing fats / protein .
almonds / hemp / sesame / pumpkin / sun flower / etc , mylks can be made out of all these .
throw in a sweet fruit to have energizing + easy on tract ' meal '

to me nut / seed mylk fruit smoothies and raw spinach leaf are a tract healing combo one can long term live on ,
easy on gut oranages are a good add for taste plus the vitamin c

Thanks, I'm going to check these sites out. The book is a kindle book which is great because I don't bother with hard cover books anymore.
