Anyone use wasabi?

I LOVE wasabi.

One quick snack I like to make is to spread some wasabi in a hollowed-out half a cuke, add some avocado slices and sprinkle with soy sauce..... YUM!

I'm looking for other ways to use it. Snacks..... sauces..... salad dressings? Anyone? :D

Not sure it's really raw but fresh horseradish would be and would be very nice.
Can you get fresh wasabi btw? I've only seen the stuff made from powder or the powder itself.

I just use the powder I get from my local Asian market -- but if it's not truly raw, I guess I wouldn't want to use it or only use it rarely anyway. :sadtears:

wash, peel, grate and add to recipes you already make. Nice in raw sushi.
