I am loving raw mushrooms right now. Are they hard to grow? Is there a place to buy them in bulk?

They aren't hard to grow - you can buy a kit and follow the instructions. Why would you want to buy them in bulk?

We buy our mushrooms (they have button and baby-bellas) @ Costco for a really great price. We love buying the baby bellas.

I get a GREAT price on mushrooms at Aldis..... they're usually under a dollar for an 8 oz basket. I love them marinated in soy sauce, agave and evoo! I especially enjoy adding them to zucchihni noodles, oh yum!

I've also gone crazy for this AMAZING cream of mushroom soup:

(The recipe calls for 1/2 cup of cashews, but I usually add 1/4 cup or less and don't notice the difference.)
