I found a raw Buddy.

:dance:I was at my sons daycare. His "girlfriends" mom was there. When I asked about easter she explained her family's a raw foodist family. Friday we are having a "playdate for the kids and a raw date for the moms". How awesome is that. She has been raw for 1 year. She said she makes the best onion bread. Even better I can't wait to try it. I was excited so I had to share.

I would have fallen off my chair! That's awesome - were you shocked? That just doesn't happen often - at least in our small town :) Let us know about that onion bread okay!??

We are visiting them Saturday. The 3 year olds were talking about putting trees in mommies juicer. It would be nice to share things we make.

Trees are my greens Kale or swiss chard.

I had my play date and it was awesome. Talk about raw envy. SHe has been raw for 1 year. She took classes at hippocrates institute. She stopped working to prepare all of her family meals from scratch. No pre packaged anything. She spends hours sprouting and dehydrating. My new Raw BFF had made awesome Kale chips with Nutrional yeast and pumpkin seeds ground together. They were amazing. We had blended watermelon with lemon. She also has the greenstar juicer. 9 tray excalibur and the vita mix of course.

She said she lost most of her friends when she went raw because it was to "radical for them".
SInce I have little time to prepare and stay on track she is going to help me. I will pay her to make me some raw goodies. SHe lives right beside my work and even offered to make fresh juice I could pick it up on the way. (I always juice the night before). How awesome is that.

Our kids love each other. I can't wait for our next play date.

That's great! I still get excited whenever I meet a fellow raw foodist. I hope you find even more raw buddies.
