Hi there,

Beeny, 27, female, uk.

New member here, however I've been browsing the site for a while.

I have been embarking on a green smoothie lifestyle for a few weeks now. I haven't been extremely strict with myself and have missed a few days each week here and there. However I intend to be very strict with my self.

I have also taken a keen interest in a 100% raw lifestyle but I need to do a lot more research before I take the plunge.

I have unexpalined digestive issues, numerous tests show nothing. So this new life diet change is to help aid digestion, improve my overall health and to lose a few lbs...

So thats me!

Green smoothies are the best. You should just decide that you are having one for breakfast and that is that. You will not regret it.
