Sorry for such a long post, but I really need some help with this. I have this nasty rash on my leg (big on the front, tiny one on the back) that started when I went raw. It looked a lot like ringworm for the first month or so (I've had it for 2 months now). It was bumpy red ring-shaped rashes on my leg, which started out as one tiny spot and spread halfway around my leg. For weeks, I've been putting apple cider vinegar on it, then band-aid medicine, then switched to tea tree oil, and now am just taking a supplement that a holistic doctor I go to said to try. It's gone away a lot compared to what it was like at it's worst. Now it's just tons of red bumps. It's not circular anymore. My question is, is it detox? From what I've read online, it sounds like detox (and apparently the random stabbing pain in the left side of my back could be kidney detox? If this nasty rash is detox, does it need to be covered? I've been putting gauze on it for a month since we decided that it must be ringworm, but since it no longer looks like it - and since I'm almost out of gauze and tape - does it still need to be covered, or does it not matter if it's not ringworm? I know ringworm you are supposed to keep covered because apparently it can get on your clothes and is contagious and everything. But keeping it covered doesn't seem to be making a difference. And if it's detox, is there anything I can do to make it go away faster? I'm high raw. Not sure exactly how much, as it varies day to day. I would REALLY appreciate any help! I feel like I had some bad accident or something with my leg bandaged up all the time, and i'm sick of it!!

It almost sounds like shingles to me. Perhaps you should be more gentle with it. I am not sure that vinegar and tea tree oil are not too severe. What about aloe vera or coconut oil.
