I've been vegan for about 4 or 5 years. About 3 years ago I went raw for about 3 months. Was feeling great and loved it. Then I fell off the bandwagonone one day when I decided to eat some hot food because it was winter time and I wanted something hot.

These days I've been depressed and not eating as much. Lost about 45lbs due to not wanting to live and lack of motivation. I am now just above an anorexic weight and am currently underweight. I'm finding it challenging to convince myself to take in the proper amount of calories for fear of gaining weight but I know it's good for me and I know I feel so much better physically and mentally when I'm loaded with cals.

My transition has been very easy as for the past 4 months I've only been eating fruits and cooked vegetables and a tiny bit of soy. All that is different then is the veg is not cooked. I can noticed such a difference with this small change. The energy I have is absolutely amazing. I will say it's only been a few days but I've actually been maintaining my weight and have reduced my cravings so much. I still could benefit from an increase in cals and perhaps it's just about trusting my body and this process.

That's a little intro on me.
