How to de-seed a pomegranate

I can't believe how easy this is to de-seed a pomegranate. All of those times that i struggled and made such a mess. Amazing!!

Well, that's one way. For me, I like scoring, separating and putting into water. Takes a couple of minutes longer yet, I get more seed, less mess.

I am always amazed at how so many people find pomegranates difficult or tedious.

I do the into segments version ... kind of. I can get the seeds out quick enough but also there is joy to be had taking your time over it and savouring the seeds.
