My aunt told me of this trick today. I can't wait to try it out. I like to get the large packs of berries from costco when I go, but it's a two hour drive for me so sometimes I don't get to the berries fast enough cus I buy so many and they mold. Check out this tip to help em last longer.....
Mix 1 part vinegar to 10 parts water. Put the berries in this mix and agitate a little. Drain and rinse.
It's said that the vinegar kills the mold spores to help the berries last longer. kewl.. :-) can't wait to try it. I almost wanna make a trip to costco just to try it out. LOL
