I was told at a young age (13) that I had sleep apnea. Well I am 20 now and my neurologist told me my original doctors were wring and that my new sleep study shows that I have PLMD (Periodic Limb Movement). It is similar to Restless Leg Syndrome. I used to have that but strangely I have not had it for 3 years now. Well anyway he put me on medication for it so I can get some quality sleep. My question is if anyone has any success with raw food helping them sleep? Also, has raw food helped you with any sleeping disorders?
