I've been looking into maca and I'm wondering if sun dried maca is still considered a raw food.
Many sources say that cooked or sun dried is best. Of course, I'm here to hear from you all because I simply don't know and have never used it.
If you use maca, can you please let me know how you started and where you are now with dosage and if some brands are better than others.
I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) and am trying to balance my hormones.
Thank you all in advance!
