am hoping to do a 10 day one in the near future. all my smoothies will be JUST fruits, water and veggies, nothing super complex or hard to digest.
since im new to this i have some questions!
-what should i expect in terms of detox symptoms, hunger, planning, etc?
-how much weight should i expect (approx) to lose doing it for about 10 days? (btw, not over weight in the 'normal' range)
