So glad to have found your forum! I've been 100% raw for four years now, and the changes in my health have been amazing--I'm loving it!! You all are so supportive; I know this is a great place to be to discuss our raw journeys!! I'd love to be of help to anyone by sharing my experiences or insights, and I know that you all are going to be a tremendous help to me too!! I still have a ton of questions and am so interested in what everyone else is learning!!
