These are the ingredients I wan't to use:

Avocado
Strawberries
Water

How much strawberries, water, and avocado for 1 serving? How much for 2 servings?

And also what if I wanted to add blueberries and or raspberries?

Im new and I don't know how much to use, I've tried looking at recipe websites to help but they always call for a lot more ingredients than I wan't to use.

Is there a website that shows you how to calculate how much portions of ingredients should go in?

I usually add 1/4 - 1/2 an avocado for one serving of smoothie, which is usually about a quart, that's how much I personally like to make for one serving.

I'd start with a cup of water, a cup of ice, and 3 cups strawberries. Personally, I'd add 1/2 an avocado to this -- although some people like more.

You're probably having a hard time finding directions because there aren't any set rules for smoothies -- you just make it how you like it! And there's no set serving sizes, it just depends on how much you feel like having.

If you don't want to make too big of a serving, I'd start with a cup of blueberries, raspberries or both -- just experiment and adjust the amounts as you make your smoothie. You can keep adding and blending and tasting it and then adjusting the amounts to get it how you like it. You can also add bananas for sweetness, creaminess and bulk!

You can also add veggies..... a stalk of celery is great, a few handfulls of spinach. There's also a thread here with 70 recipes for smoothies!

Experiment and have FUN with it! :throwhearts:
