Hello to all of you Raw foodist, I am new to your forum and the life of RAW. My wife and I just put in a new kitchen and we are looking forward to a life without our kids at home, now that they have flown the coup.
I have heard that we will be able to learn from the vast knowledge of the members here and have some of our own recipies to share.

Very nice to meet you both and looking forward to sharing! I have noticed that there are a lot of opinionated individuals that like to force their own beleafs upon others? Is this a normal expectancy of this forum?
I would like to beleave that man was creatred equal and we all have FREE will to choose our own life style and of coarse the very food that we eat if in fact we choose to eat food at all?
I have found that there are many in this earth age that have chosen not to partack in the food eating frenzy or solid foods as a means of gaining their ENERGY.
Very best to both of you and Blessings to all my Brothers and Sisters out there in RAW land.

Dr. Raw,
Just to let you know, there are many here who are just starting out their RAW lifestyle too.
So, ask plenty of questions, as we all had to start somewhere.
And there are a bunch of us, that have been doing this for quite some time.
I for one, have been off and on raw for about 5 years now. More off than on, but that has changed this last year.
Again, welcome. Glad to have you. :o)

Welcome Dr. Raw,
I have not noticed that about this site, which is why I frequent it. I find this site to have a loving and positive vibe. In fact, I always feel better when I have been on this site.
Good luck to you on your raw journey!

In other places that may be described as leadership

Not much of that to worry about here. You will find a lovely diversity of people and beliefs here, and I am sure you will find a lot of support, information and encouragement within this community.
My best wishes to you and to your wife.

Thank you all for your worm welcome, and I am sure we will be a happy as you all are too. As to leadership? The one leading must first ubtain the wisdom to lead and not just control through emotional bantering.
I mainly speak of the forum where a woman was dealing with her huband eating meat and giving meat to their child and individuals where telling her she should leave her husband.
This is what I was speaking of and truly feel that type of leadership should stay in their own minds and not shared.
Love, Light and comfort packed with a whole lot of laughter is what a true relationship needs, where both partners give and take in an equal balance up lifting each other till they both are floting on air.

Dr. Raw perhaps it is something you might want to bring up to the leadership *privately*.
I participated in that thread and I only recall people encouraging a healthy relationship, or getting help, not leaving her husband.
