Ringworm-type rash on my leg after going raw?

Right about the time I started going raw, a red rash started showing up on the front of my right leg. I initially thought I had scraped my leg on something, since it started out as one little spot. I started going raw at the beginning of February. Now, there are 4 different spots on my leg (1 is pretty big, 2 are tiny, and one just showed up and is getting bigger.) I started putting apple cider vinegar on all of them once a day and keeping them covered with a bandage. The biggest one and the tiny ones are SLOWLY going away and looking much better. The other big one just appeared a day or 2 ago, and isn't getting any better. They're all red spots, and it looks much like ringworm. My problem is that it's been there almost 2 months, and still hasn't gone away. Since it came up when I went raw, I wonder if it's being brought out by being raw? Like it's been dormant and now my body is trying to get rid of it or something? Is this kind of thing normal for detox, and how do I make it go away? The raw food doesn't seem to be helping.

May not be connected at all. Some times a coincidence is just a coincidence.

I got ringworm years ago when visiting someone's house who's dog had it. They didn't inform me until a week later when I had the ringworm rash. My dog also picked it up while we were there.

I have heard of natural remedies but can't think of em at the moment. For some reason I'm thinking oil of oregano and tee tree oil.....but I'm not sure.

I used an anti-fungal cream from the store. The rash was gone very quickly.....I wanna say it took only two weeks or less. I also used it on my dog. Funny thing is that the vet got PO'd at me because I refused the ringworm pills for my dog and told him that I would just use the cream. He sternly told me that it wouldn't work and only his special pills would do the trick. LOL Guess he thought I was an idiot. HA. But if it isn't obvious, the cream worked. And it worked very quickly. And this was all before I began to learn about nutrition/plants/healing/etc...... But I wouldn't hesitate to use the cream again, because it worked very well.
