The wife and I started this fasting/juicing thing Friday morning.. and here it is Sunday... and I'm starving... I've got a headache and feel nauseous... I honestly don't see how people do this... just the smell of the juice turns my stomach... My wife on the other hand is doing great, she said she feels better, and has more energy... She's shooting for a month, and I'm gonna try.. but I don't know, it'd better get better fast if I'm gonna make it..

What you're experiencing is detox! Headache and nausea are the classic symptoms and generally around day three is when it hits!
It WILL pass, promise.
Stick with it -- you'll be feeling much much better soon! :heart

The worst you feel the MORE you need to do this and get ride of those toxins that are arming you. Maybe do simple juicing at first such celery/carrot, watercress/grapefruit, an herbs/something sweet.
You can try coconut water from a fresh young coconut.
Hang in there, you will get better. Consider hydro colon therapy or home enema. They assist with detox and are so beneficial. I am not a doctor and research.
All the best!

Well I broke over... kinda... I started eating a small salad for dinner and it has helped... I figured it was better to do that rather than to quit all together.... My wife is still going strong though...

Don't worry keep trying. It is challenging the few days and then your body just work with you.
I am doing a water fast right now, i am day three and i got those symptoms that you have. It was very challenging to stick with the fast because i wanted food (raw vegan). Today, i am not even hungry and i don't want food but i am dealing with nausea symptom. So i hear you and applaud you for trying and choosing this lovely salad instead of sad food.
