Spirulina is a type of blue-green algae that is rich in protein, vitamins, minerals, and carotenoids, antioxidants that can help protect cells from damage.

Has anyone ever grown this at home?
I would love to add this to my garden but how do you grow algae?
Where would you get "seeds" for it?

There will soon be a "grow your own spirulina" unit available, for growing spirulina at home.
