Anyone heard of this? I got mine from whole foods market but I was wondering what your thoughts were on it. Its basically a whole bunch of super powerful green things milled into a powder. I add a T to my smoothies in the morning. I love the stuff but I wonder about eating powdered stuff. Its probably better to use fresh greens. Whaddya think?

lf it has grass in it, l would forget it. Better to spend your money on a quality product. lf you are going to have powders, make it sea vegetables and algaes only because they have a unique cell structure that holds the electromagnetic vibrations in the foods for up to 2 years (or slightly longer).
Avoid powdered grass because it doesn't have the cellular structure to hold in the high levels of vibrations, so you are basically wasting money on a marketing scam. Testing has shown that the best cerial grasses on the market are only 100th as effective as freshly squeezed cerial grasses, so yes, the power of cerial grasses is in the juice, not in the dried product. Even programs that heavily emphasize top of the range barley powder with over a liter of freshly squeezed shop bought vegetable juice still make life difficult for many of the followers on the `hallelujah' raw food diet.
Powdered sea vegetables and algaes = yes
Powdered land foods = no (not good money spent)

Interesting distinction mr. raw! Good to know.
Coco, I would also encourage you to get fresh greens into the smoothies. Powders and such are for "emergency" use IMHO and for traveling etc.
If you need super convenience for a time, go for it by all means, it's better than conventional alternatives.
try everything, more than once, and just go with whatever works best for you - both in terms of affect, and lifestyle.

fresh would be better but if it's raw and you like the taste then why not have a little.
Nice to see you back again.

Thank you all for the amazing advice! I have ordered a vitamix and cant wait to get it! Then, i'll be able to put real greens in there. The raw reserve has a lot of sea vegs in it but also grasses. I like the idea of fresh better too though! Its great to be back on raw!
