Just wanted to share I just purchased this blender on Ebay. i have been drooling for a high speed blender but can't justify the cost right now. I was going to get the Oster Fusion and saw this today.

I purchased it for $49.99 (in red). I figured its not that much if its a flop and it does say that its returnable within 30 days and seller pays return shipping. Thought others might be interested too.
I will let you know how (and if) it works!

Update..... just got my blender and have made a couple of smoothies. So far so good. The consistency is so much better than my Oster. Hopefully it will hold up but I have 30 days to return it.

So I had to update again. I now own a VitaMix!!!! Had a family member visiting and when we were talking I said that my dream blender was the VitaMix. Off we went to Bed Bath and Beyond! I think I was in shock for a whole day! I can definitely tell that it is Much better made than Wolfgang Puck but.... for making smoothies they did a similar consistency.
So the seller I purchased the Wolfgang said you can return within 30 days. When I contacted him he immediately refunded my $49.99 and told me to dispose of the blender. Really?? I will be giving it to a friend since it still works fine. Not sure how it
I still can't believe I own the VitaMix!!! I can't wait to try making different things. So far I have only done green smoothies.
Hope this was helpful for anyone wanting a high speed blender on a budget like me.

it was so lovely that a family member bought you a dream blender, in light of this generosity do you think it would have been more ethical not have got the refund for your existing blender, there was nothing wrong with it. You just didn't need it anymore.
just a thought.

Thanks for keeping me ethical. I did not tell him that it was not working, I told him that I didn't want it and I was prepared to send it back but he said not to. Thanks for the thought. I was only trying to share an experience that I thought might help others leery of this purchase who were interested in a high speed blender, not encouraging unethical behavior. Sorry I posted no one seems interested anyway.

Azeats, your post has gotten 98 views. I think that means that people are interested. I didn't comment because I have made up my mind on the Vitamix. Don't feel bad about someone's grumpy reply to your very well-meant post. I appreciated the info. Thanks for posting. :)
