Looks like she did her own take on Russell James' garlic bread (which he created based on Chef Ito's...who created the "original" spongy raw bread!).

That's what I was wondering too! Has anyone made the garlic bread? Because if the recipes are similar, maybe that's an indication of deliciousness.... ?
