First day of raw and I'm feeling quite tired and a bit nauseous. Anyone had that experience? I remember feeling really amazing other times when I've done raw. I figured detox symptoms didnt come about till a few days in. Care to comment?
Also, I am starting to realize more and more that this is the lifestyle I want for the rest of my life. Its difficult to believe in myself though because I am always going back and forth on my diet. Yet, I always come back to raw. Some of you have been raw for 10, 15, 20 or more years! How do you do it? Give me some more inspiration to believe that it is possible! Sometimes its really easy to let the things those around you that are not raw say get to you. There are very few people in my life that support the raw food lifestyle and since I used to suffer from an eating disorder, it makes it easier for them to jump to conclusions about the motivation for my choices. It can be quite disheartening. This is why I've always loved this forum. So many people here that have been doing this for so long makes me believe that it is possible! I'd love to hear from you. Thanks for all the support!
