Yes, I have the whole set - vs the one's just offered on the telly(go to the web site). They really are very good. Very good especially if you are just starting out as they are very low impact but also can be challenging as you do the more difficult aspects of the routines.

I would also strongly recommend WinsorPilates. Again very low impact but boy do you see results.

Both of these I recommend if you are starting out with a lot of weight :o as you dont get discouraged easily :D . But of coarse will be even better with a slim shape!
