LOL!
I was making a double batch of cashew sour creme - pureed the cashews yesterday and added some probiotic capsules. stir and cover.
Well - walked into the kitchen just now after work, and the cover was like a balloon on top! took it off - all bubbly and about a cup or so had spilled over onto the table!
It tasted fantastic! too bad some went to waste - I forgot that it would develop much more quickly in these warmer days we're having unseasonally....
