[Simple Living]

Hi folks. I'm a country guy living in the big city (for now). I enjoy living very simply and not owning very much. Eventually, I'd like to find myself in Montana or Wyoming.

I'm in the process of examining my entire life, not just my location, and doing a complete reboot, making the changes needed to be happier and healthier.

That's what brings me to Raw Food Talk - to meet like-minded folks to get to know, learn from and mutually encourage. I hope you'll stop by for a chat sometime. You're only a stranger until you say howdy.

Almost five years ago my husband and I were living in a big city in Canada. But we wanted to do the country thing and simplify our lives so we sold everything we owned and moved to a small rural island on the east coast of Canada. Our quality of life improved leaps and bounds, especially because our cost of living was way lower so we didn't have to have the same corporate jobs (now we work from home on our own small web biz online). Then about 2.5 years after moving to the country, I found raw foods and have been raw ever since.

How does raw fit into your life these days, Jack?
